Changes to our Online Portal – Urgent Appointment Requests
On Thursday 9 November 2023 we will be making some changes to our online portal.
The portal will separate into Urgent (contact within 24 hours) and routine requests, to which will respond within three days.
If you have an Urgent appointment request, this should be submitted through our Urgent portal only.
Our urgent portal will close when we reach our clinical capacity for the day, after which we may need to direct you to the 111 service.
