Changes to our Online Portal – Routine Appointment Requests
From Thursday 9 November 2023 our online portal for routine requests will be open throughout the day.
We will respond to routine appointment requests within three days.
If you have an Urgent appointment request, this should be submitted through our Urgent portal only.
Please do not submit any urgent appointment requests through the routine appointment portal.
Our urgent portal will close when we reach our clinical capacity for the day, after which we may need to direct you to the 111 service.
