Our new online portal is now live!
Need to request an urgent appointment? Instead of telephoning in, you can now use our new online portal to submit your request through our website.
The portal is open between 08:00am and 14:00pm, Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays) and is quick and easy to use. The system will ask you about your symptoms and will guide you through a number of questions that give us a really good understanding of how you are feeling. Your submission will be reviewed by a member of our Duty Team and we will respond to you the same day.
We can still receive urgent appointment requests after 14:00pm, but please telephone the practice on 01480 462206 and our telephone lines remain available throughout the day for those patients who would prefer to contact us by telephone.
