Our Online Portal is improving…and we are the first in the country to do it!
We are delighted to update that we have been working with our online portal provider to make improvements.
The improvements will move our Urgent and Routine requests into different portals. This means that when we reach our capacity for urgent appointment requests and need to close the portal, our Routine requests (and all of the other tiles!) will remain open.
Our website will be updated so that each tile will connect directly with the new portal and we’ll let you know as soon as this is done.
We are the first practice to develop and implement this change with KLINIK which has been based on feedback from our patients.
Overall, current feedback with our KLINIK portal is 88% positive, and we hope that these changes will improve feedback even further.
