How do I get my results?
Depending on the test that you have had, your results will become available within the next five working days (although some tests may take longer).
Please access your results. We will sometimes communicate simple plans with you when you do, such as a change to your medication or a request to repeat the test.
You can access your results by:-
- Looking at them on the NHS App or via your SystmOnline access
- By telephoning the practice after 14:00pm
- By visiting the practice in the afternoon and speaking to a member of our Reception Team
If we need to contact you about your test results, we will be in touch with you and will generally text or email you. Please ensure that your consent and contact details are up to date by speaking to Reception or completing the form on our website under Update your Details.
If your tests were taken at the hospital, or on behalf of the hospital, the hospital will be in contact with you.
