Our Clinical Pharmacists work with us and with our patients in all aspects of the safe and effective management of the prescribing of medicines. Part of their work is to undertake medication reviews for patients with long-term conditions. This will include contacting patients to discuss their understanding of the medicines prescribed to them, checking for side effects, considering whether medicine should be altered or changed if they are not working optimally.

I have worked as a community pharmacist for over five years. I have worked as a manager in community practice and worked as a locum pharmacist in various different pharmacies. I want to use the knowledge that I have built in community pharmacy to benefit patients in the primary care.
Out of work I enjoy staying active by going to the gym and playing football.
