Our Health & Wellbeing Coaches support people in taking proactive steps to improve the way they manage their health, based on what matters to them. They help people develop their knowledge, skills and confidence regarding their health and care, and support them in making changes in health-related behaviours. Health & Wellbeing Coaches do this by guiding and motivating people through multiple sessions to identify their needs and set goals for themselves. They also provide access to interventions such as self-management education and peer support.
Andreea Unwin – Andreea Unwin has a background in Psychology and became a certified Health & Wellbeing Coach in 2020. She is passionate about empowering people to achieve their health goals and improve their quality of life, by helping them identify what is important to them and build habits that support their wellbeing. When she’s not coaching, you’ll find her reading about recent research on health and positive psychology, spending time with her spouse, trying out new recipes, playing board games or travelling.
