Reception Team
The Reception Team provide help and support to patients to patients looking to access care through the practice. The team deal with a wide range of requests including making appointments, asking about test results, new patient registrations, updating details and information and supporting visitors.
Our Reception Team Leader is Katie who is supported by Emma, Wendy, Kerstin, Karen, Sarah, Kate, Justine, Paula, Georgia, Ayesha, Deborah and Maureen.
Support Team – GP & Clinical Admin
The Support Team – GP & Clinical Admin are responsible for processing referral requests on behalf of our patients that have been requested by a member of the Clinical Team. These could be to the hospital for further tests or investigations, to a community provider or to one of the many support organisations who work with the NHS.
They also work with other parts of the NHS to check on appointments that have been made, request information and liaise with consultants and specialists when we may need to ask more information about your referral and provide further admin support to clinical colleagues within the practice.
Our Support Team – GP & Clinical Admin colleagues are Marie¸ Rebecca and Laura.
Support Team – Patient Data
The Support Team – Patient Data process all of the information that we receive into the practice when you have been seen elsewhere in the NHS. This includes hospital appointments and secondary care visits, community providers, out of hours services including 111, A&E visits and the many population screening and health management programmes operated for the NHS. The team also look after our practice email box and provide lots of other support services to the practice.
Our Support Team – Patient Data colleagues are Cathy, Ann, Amy and Ella.
Dispensing Team
Our Dispensing Team process all of the prescription requests received by the practice and will liaise with your Doctor or one of our Clinical Pharmacists if there are any queries.
Our Dispensing Team also dispense acute and repeat prescriptions for al our dispensing patients. These are patients who live morethan a mile from a chemist.
The Dispensary is open between 08:30am and 18:00pm, Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays.
Michelle is our Dispensing Team Leader. Our Dispensers are Jane, Rachel, Mia, Jade and Deborah. Molly and Jade provide counter support and our delivery drivers are Sam and Josh.
