A processing error has meant that some of the appointment reminder messages we have sent to our patients over the last couple of days have incorrectly stated that they were for telephone appointments. If you have booked a face-to-face appointment with us but have received a telephone appointment reminder message, please be assured that your appointment will still be face-to-face.
The problem is now resolved, so future messages should send correctly.
