We have an automated telephone system with queuing system and the option to request a telephone call-back. You can choose from several options which will help to direct your call including appointments, test results and information about your referrals.
Please note: we do not accept requests for repeat medication over the telephone.
There are times when the phones are particularly busy, especially from 8.00am to 10.00am. If your call is not urgent and could wait until later in the day this would be most helpful.
Please make sure that the contact information we have for you is kept up to date. There are times when we may need to contact you quickly, e.g if the doctor or nurse you have an appointment with is unavailable at short notice
If you are unable to keep an appointment you have made with us please tell us as soon as possible so that we may offer it to someone else.
Our contracted hours are 08:00am to 18:30pm, Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays) and we deliver our services between these hours. Our services are available in-person at the practice, by telephone and through our online portal.
