Are you struggling with suicidal thoughts?

Ring NHS 111 – and select the mental health option

There is a First Response Service (FRS) in Cambridgeshire and Peterborough which gives those in mental health crisis the opportunity to get access to help quickly, by calling NHS 111 and selecting the mental health option.

The new service allows patients or carers to speak to specially-trained mental health staff who can provide advice, support, and signposting to other services. The service is available 24/7, 365 days a year.

NHS Cambridgeshire & Peterborough has partnered with SHOUT to offer support to anyone in Cambridgeshire and Peterborough who is in distress.

Launched on Monday 13 November, the new service allows people who are struggling with their mental health, and live, work or study in Cambridgeshire and Peterborough to text the word HEAR to 85258 for free
