Our Clinical Pharmacists work with us and with our patients in all aspects of the safe and effective management of the prescribing of medicines. Part of their work is to undertake medication reviews for patients with long-term conditions. This will include contacting patients to discuss their understanding of the medicines prescribed to them, checking for side effects, considering whether medicine should be altered or changed if they are not working optimally.
Our clinical Pharmacists are:
Harkeerat Singh
My name is Harkeerat Singh and I started working as a clinical pharmacist remotely for Grove Medical Practice in October 2022. Having newly qualified as a pharmacist in July 2022 I am looking forward to learning and developing my clinical knowledge of medicines whilst working in a multidisciplinary team alongside other healthcare professionals at Grove Medical Practice. My main responsibilities range from undertaking medication reviews for patients, to answering general queries about medications and processing clinical letters from secondary care settings such as specialist clinics and hospitals.
Outside of Pharmacy I like to meditate, play football, and spend time volunteering with local food-drive campaigns where I help to deliver necessary food/day to day items to the less fortunate families in need.
