A new partnership is looking for salaried GPs to join our team. Benefits include:

We are a newly merged GP practice with an expanding population looking for GPs to join our team. We are flexible to the number of sessions people wish to work. A salaried GP at Grove will be supported by nine GP partners, two clinical pharmacists, first-contact physio, full complement nursing team, social prescribers, and an extensive management team. Practice Nurse (Full Time – 37 hrs per week)
We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Practice Nurse to join our practice. Working as part of a team, you will provide a range of clinical duties based around your current skills and experience with scope to develop further. Current duties include long-term condition reviews, wound care, immunisations, cervical screening, travel advice, NHS Health Checks, stock ordering and replenishment.
You must be able to demonstrate excellent communication skills, patient care, organisation and the ability to prioritise your work. A flexible, professional and enthusiastic approach is essential along with the desire to deliver an excellent service to our patients.

Advanced Care/Nurse Practitioner (up to Full Time – 37 hrs per week)
We are looking for an experienced Advanced Care/Nurse Practitioner to join our growing team. Working alongside the Duty Doctor, you will triage and treat patients with acute medical needs, working autonomously within your areas of qualification and experience and collaboratively on your ongoing training and development.
Relevant training, qualification and experience are essential alongside a prescribing qualification. The successful would also provide a level of chronic disease management or specialist support around their area of clinical interest.

Reception Team Member (Part Time – 26.25 hrs per week)
We are looking for enthusiastic, customer-focused colleagues to join our new Reception Team. Providing patient-facing support, you will help patients access and navigate our services, ensuring that they are seen by the right clinician at the right time.
Great communication skills, effective team work and a flexible approach are essential for this rewarding role. Hours are worked on rolling 12-week rota between 08:00am and 18:15pm, Monday to Friday with one week starting at 07:00am and all applicants would need to be able to work this rota.
Support Team Member – Patient Data (Full Time – 37 hrs per week)
We are looking for an enthusiastic new colleague to join our Support Team. Focusing on Patient Data, you will process incoming outpatient and hospital discharge letters, deal with bulk data submissions, patient recalls and invitations, monitor our practice email box and provide other admin support to the practice. Knowledge or experience of notes summarising would be an advantage.
You must be able to demonstrate excellent organisational and communication skills and be able to prioritise your workload. A flexible, professional and enthusiastic approach is essential along with the desire to deliver an excellent service to our patients.
